Description:
ERW steel pipe, which stands for Electric Resistance Welded pipe, is a type of straight-welded pipe used for transporting oil, natural gas, vapor, and liquid substances. It is designed to meet both high and low-pressure requirements. In the global transport sector, ERW pipes play a crucial role in the pipeline industry.
ERW tube is a "high frequency resistance welded steel pipe", and the common welded pipe welding process is not the same; the welding seam is made from the steel body of the base metal, and the mechanical strength is better than that of the general welded pipe.

ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipes are manufactured using hot-rolled coil as the raw material, allowing for precise control of uniform wall thickness within approximately ±0.2 mm. The ends of the steel pipes are processed according to APL standards and GB/T 9711.1 standards, which include end trimming and grooving, as well as fixed-length delivery. Due to these advantages, ERW pipes have become widely utilized in recent years as the primary component of urban natural gas pipeline networks by gas companies.
Applications:
The pipe is primarily used for fluid transport and construction in industries such as coal, gas, steam, water, petroleum, and natural gas.
